Should be very familiar with Commercial Kitchen Equipment Trouble Shooting and Defect Rectification. Specialized in Analog & PLC Controls. Familiar with permit to work procedures, Reports writing & with good communication skills.
SLIDING DOOR TECHNICIAN
Experience in Low Voltage Installation and maintenance. Working knowledge in various shutters, sliding doors both glass and metallic etc. Ability to read Electrical/ Mechanical Drawings.

BMS TECHNICIAN
Basically, HVAC Technician in maintenance and installation of HVAC systems, modernizing including routine inspection, preventive & reactive maintenance. (At least 3 years in O&G / Petrochemical / Refinery)
ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN
Experience in Extensive and thorough knowledge in LV electrical installation and maintenance, working knowledge in various lighting installations, lamps and control gear, Electrical Maintenance including Routine inspections, Preventive Maintenance, Condition Monitoring, Defect rectification, re-lamping, Electrical Isolations and Work Permits, etc. (3 Years in O&G will be added advantages)
