CA/ CFA or equivalent, 10+ Years, Review, Evaluation and Analysis of new investment opportunity in public/private market. Execution of Private& Public shares buy / s * ell Preparation of periodical stock reports with recommendations. Periodical quantitative reconciliation of group companies Handle the Compliance related matters as required for its investments (KYC, FATCA and any other regulatory compliances).Engages in regular research & reading to stay apprised about the economy, general current events & global financial markets. Maintain updated knowledge about financial products available. Works closely with investment analysts to assess financial information and investment opportunities and supporting senior management with information and analysis. Meets investment managers, including analysts and other industry profes sionals, to stay up-to-date about market situations and company decisions/strategies.

CA Finalist, Experience: 5 +Years Post Qualification Experience in Internal Audit Func tion (Internal Audit experience of manufacturing, retail, F&B hotel industries).Able to lead team and review/supervise the work team members. Excellent IT Skills (Oracle, SAP, Navision and other accounting software) Expert in data analytics and assessment in overall busi ness risks. Reviews records pertaining to the Group assets to ensure that they are safe guarded against all risks & resources are used efficiently and economically.
